Summertime is meant for cookouts and grilling. As seafood lovers, we love nothing more during the summertime than a perfectly grilled fish. One thing we have learned, however, is that some fish taste better when grilled than others. Because of that, we have put together a list of our top three favorite fish to cook on the grill. 1. Salmon

A salmon fillet is meant to be grilled. It stays together perfectly when grilled, and the added flavor from the grill is exceptional. Add some lemon juice to the fillet prior to placing it on the grate and this is a meal that you will want to cook over and over.

2. Mahi Mahi

Not much can compare to a grilled fillet of mahi mahi. This sweet flavored fish needs little marinade to embody a delicious taste, and the added charbroiled flavor from the grill is the perfect touch.

2. Tuna

A delicious tuna steak is even more delicious when grilled. A nicely seared piece of tuna with an added dry rub of your preferred flavor and cooked on the grill will be the hit of your summer barbeque – we promise.
